raspberry pistachio oatmeal
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
Half of a small container of Greek yogurt (vanilla or coconut flavors work great)
2/3 cup frozen raspberries
A few tablespoons of pomegranate arils
1 tablespoon pistachios
1/2 tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions:
1. Cook oats. I actually like to do this in the microwave. Mix 1/2 cup oats with 1 cup water and microwave on high for about 2 minutes. If you prefer to cook on the stovetop then feel free.
2. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
3. Thaw raspberries in the microwave and stir those into oatmeal.
4. Top with pomegranate, pistachios, and hemp hearts.
