berry chia jam
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen berries
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
1. Thaw berries in the microwave or in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Mash berries with a fork. You can also add them to a mini blender, like a Magic Bullet, for an even smoother consistency.
3. Transfer berries to jar and add chia seeds. Mix well.
4. Cover with a lid and let set overnight.
5. Enjoy! I’ve found this can last up to a week.
