about me

meet molly.

My journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian started back in 2006, but my philosophy on nutrition and wellness has evolved a lot since. I've always been interested in food and nutrition, but in my earlier life I struggled to find a balance between over-restriction and indulging. Diet culture can be quite pervasive, and many people aren't able to enjoy food the way they should, or feel guilty doing so. Food can be both delicious and nourishing, and I truly believe that all foods can fit into a healthy diet. My goal is to help others achieve their health and wellness goals while also promoting a positive relationship with food.

I completed my bachelor's degree from Indiana University Bloomington with a major in dietetics and a minor in psychology. I then moved to the east coast to complete my dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. I worked as a clinical dietitian for several years at MGH while also completing my masters degree in human nutrition, education, and media technology. In 2016, I moved to New York City where I work with both inpatient and outpatient populations.

I feel strongly that a balanced lifestyle is the key to health and wellness. In my spare time, you can find me running on the east river, trying new fitness classes, checking out the local farmer's markets, and cooking fresh meals at home. You're also likely to find me exploring new restaurants around the city, taking advantage of NYC's nightlife, and traveling around the globe. Let me help you find the perfect balance that works for you!
